What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I wanted a smaller unit at a more convenient location. Saf Keep fits my requirements. The staff were super friendly and efficient. I moved my stuff in the same day.
Hi, Cecil. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
SafKeep Storage in Redwood City is the best storage facility I have ever used. It is kept bright and clean, very well maintained, and I feel safe being in my unit alone while going through my stuff. There is a pristine bathroom on the premises that is available to customers, which is an appreciated amenity! There are elevators to the second floor which make things easier and safer for me. The office staff, especially Alma, is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
