Jennifer the owner not very nice likes to hang up while trying to have a conversation.After the move I called and sent pictures of the damaged. They could careless and told me they did me the favor of moving me! If you want your furniture damaged and liked to be spoken to rudely give them a call! Beware!
After moving and unpacking all of my boxes, I realized I'm missing 3 boxes of my couponing stockpile. I hope they are putting these items to good use. I'm disabled and so is my daughter. How can you sleep at night stealing from low income people??? Would not recommend.
Hello Ms.coffin I apologize for any inconvenience but we never received a call of missing boxes and when move is accomplish move we do a walk thru of the truck nothing was left behind .I hope you can keep looking and you find your couponing we sure don’t ja e any use of those items.

My wife call them to check the status of our appointment and they The gentleman who answered the phone call the first time was very nice and polite and he told me that the lady that handles the appointment will give us a call back in 20 minutes. She called back in 30 minutes. That’s fine 10 minutes extra understanding but when she called back, she was very rude. She asked she called us and we said no we called her to check the status to see if it was confirmed and she said that I call you.
Hello we apologize Raft move being paid from the state has protocols and we return each call but unfortunately we can not schedule any move until raft approves your case and company receives approvals.
Movers were good and efficient. The receptionist was very unnecessarily rude. I don’t know what her problem was, but I will not be booking them again because of her.

I called them on very short notice to move out a house guest into their new apartment and they had someone there within 2 hours. They were in and out in no time. It would have taken me all day to do it on my own and saved me a lot of hassle. Very professional and friendly.
