I cannot recommend their service. My cousin was organizing his move to his home country and initiated the process with them. Out of a sudden, these guys stopped to answer and disappeared. Very unprofessional. In the end, we hired a better and more skilled company. However, these clowns made us lose a considerable amount of time.

Initially I thought the movers were great. But since unpacking, I'm finding a lot of items are missing. I know they were packed up but they are no where to be found. The owners didn't know how to respond to this problem.

Working with RC Mason has been a wonderful experience. I worked with Adam to coordinate the move and have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the planning and execution. He is very nice, efficient and responsive to questions. Art and Kris did a superb job with the move. Everything went smoothly and I know our furniture was carefully prepared and moved. I had to move my elderly mother across the country on very short notice. R.C. Mason Movers was able to fit us in and worked with me to make the experience less stressful than it already was. I got quotes from 5 of the well known national movers and went with Atlas after going over the quote with Adam from R.C. Mason. The actual movers were very friendly and professional. Everything arrived in good shape and the final cost ended up about $1,000.00 less than the estimate.
