If i could leave zero stars, I would. In summary: we paid $1725 to have movers that showed up late, berated us about the quality/quantity of our furniture, talked down to us, and refused to take certain items (somewhat arbitrarily?) which they then presented as a favor to us. Also, there was a 3% credit card processing fee no one informed us about until 11PM after an exhausting day, when we were expected to sign a contract and pay up.

Complete scam. Many hidden fees and made up charges. Broken items in my move and scratches. Moved as slowly as possible so although the rate seems promising you will end up moving most of your stuff and paying for it. I do not leave reviews. Please take your move elsewhere. We need good businesses to thrive and this is not it. Update. I had a broken item which I was getting reimbursed for as part of the insurance I paid for on this move.

The movers were nice, the quoted price very reasonable but they brought a truck that was too small by half and weren't able to make multiple trips so I had to scramble to hire another service same day. I had sent pictures of all rooms of my house at the schedulers request and they still sent too small a truck and crew. When I contacted them to make it right they would not even refund the depot travel fee which I had to pay a second of to hire a second company.

Update on review after owner's response: My Couch was perfectly fine before the move began and did not even have single scratch. During move, it had been scratched by you guys at least 12 places and I have no other option but dump my couch. I see it everyday and it makes me upset about it. Whatever mentioned below by you about my couch is not true. That couch is worth hundreds of dollors and I was given option either take $50 or file for claim which will pay me close to $60 and will take 6 months.

Definitely not a professional company does not keep the word I believe the rescheduled for times just to drop off contracts and they didn't even Come by to as they said they had a flat tire so while I was explaining to them why can't use them the owner hung up on me And at the end of the day hes the owner who should know better

Sasha and Artur were kind and wonderful movers. They got to my place at 8am on the dot and were ready to go. They were super duper efficient and also wrapped all my furniture very securely. They were also so fast at wrapping all my dishware. That was the fastest move of my life lol.
