Do not consider this company. They ruined the purchase and move into our first home and if you're smart, you will avoid making the same mistake that we did. Their service is inconsistent and they left a dark stain on what was supposed to be the happy occasion of moving into our first house. This was the second time that we hired Moishe's to move. The first move, in 2017, was very smooth and we were happy with their work. As a result, we called them up to help us move again.

I scheduled a move from a public storage unit to my apartment in NYC. The company confirmed the booking, sent a contract, and had me sign it. However, on Sunday morning, they informed me they couldn’t proceed as planned because a mover was unavailable, and rescheduled me to Monday. While the staff I spoke to were apologetic and even offered a $100 discount, this still forced me to take an extra day off work.
Had to be one one the most stressful experiences of my life. What a terrible experience with this moving company. They showed up very late in the day. They broke my front door. Crushed lamp shades. Folding chairs had ants on them. While leather couch with a big grease stain. Just terrible service. Just a poor over all move. I am grateful that everything showed up.

DO NOT HIRE! They deserve zero stars! They damaged a ton of our antique furniture and picture frames - family heirlooms. We called numerous times to speak with them about the damage and they just gave us the run around - excuse after excuse. Now we have to figure out how to salvage what we can.
