No Borders Moving and Storage

Do NOT use Full Value Van Lines or No Borders Moving PLEASE USE MY EXPERIENCE AS A WARNING!!! I was originally quoted $1,782, but ended up paying over $2,600 after they kept adding extra charges throughout the move, despite telling me multiple times there would not be unexpected fees. The movers left my home with my belongings without telling me where they were going or when delivery would happen. No one contacted me until the next morning, when I was given only 5–10 minutes notice before delivery.

I wish I could’ve given 0 starts! No boarders moving company came to my home February 15th. When I got there they demanded more money and had to call their boss to figure out if we had “paid” which we had. When we got an estimate on when our stuff would be delivered it was said that it would be the NEXT DAY. Which it was not . After they got all of our stuff on the truck they said we had “too much stuff” and had to get a new contract in place which we agreed to and signed.

Right after my post months ago. The owner who basically held our things hostage called me. Wondering why I gave his company such a harsh review. He knew he was wrong in how he handled us. We wanted the money back. We had already paid the people we hired who hired his company. I know I’m one of many but how do you sleep at night knowing how you’re treating and stealing.from people. Showed him pics of the mess they left. Never heard from him again. Oh and he didn’t give us a refund. Dang shocking right 🙄

I had the Worst experience they were inexperienced and incompetent. Moved from Michigan to Florida They didn't speak any English so they couldn't communicate tried to use a app on phones but wasn't easy! Start from Loading truck because of communication issues they loaded a pile of donations into the truck which I told them NO they understand No but they loaded it and took up room that items that needed to go and were paid for should have been on the truck (ie) Golf Cart which never made it on the truck!Then when…

I made approximately 3-4 large moves in my life and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Chose Safe Ship because they were supposedly Veteran Owned & had 5 star reviews when I researched them. First issue...the bait & switch. Initial quote-$9000. FOUR days before scheduled pick up quote increased to $12,626 (grand total was $14,000). I elected to have my items put into storage because I didn’t yet have a house in my new state.

Completely unprofessional and attempt to scam you out of money at every turn. The driver told me I had to pay an extra $500 "delivery fee" and when I called the company it was simply a misunderstanding. If they don't know you're fluent in Spanish you get to listen to them insult you the entire time. This was after attempting to schedule a delivery from 3/15/25. Allegedly my goods arrived in VA 4/3, except when I talked to the driver they admitted they came down from NY this morning.

If I could give 0 stars I would , Matias was very communicative day after day until I tried to cancel it due to a change in life which I would need to cancel my move and my $500 deposit , tried over a month to get ahold of anyone and no communication , I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card, they are super nice until you want a refund.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER YOUR STUFF!! Not only did they take a deposit of 400 but came and asked for another 500 and on top of that it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t got my furniture nor can I get a hold of anyone !!! This company works with other companies inside and it’s all a scam !!!
