The WORST moving company I’ve ever experienced. Please whatever you do stay away!!!! They canceled 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be there because one guy was in the hospital which we later found out it was a LIE and he just didn’t want to do the flight of stairs. Why even work for a moving place?! I told him we needed to leave that day and they sent one guy out and it turned out to be a kid… we paid him and his friend cash since the moving co.

I wanted to support a small local business despite being advised by other moving companies to choose a larger company. Unfortunately, that decision ended up costing me a lot of unnecessary stress. The day after my move, one of the movers contacted me to let me know they had accidentally taken one of my TVs. He apologized, we attempted to coordinate a pickup, and when that didn’t work out, he called and told me he would personally deliver it to my new home in Orlando.
Very unprofessional. Stated that there would be three movers and only two Very young men showed up in one uhaul truck. Which wasn't able to move everything. Didn't know how to wrap and protect furniture. Damage alot of my furniture, Didn't put furniture back together, broke bed, mirror on dresser, scratches on several items. Contact owner he stated would send workers back to put beds back together and they never returned. The hid some items that were broken instead of telling us. This was a horrible experience.
I believe you have the wrong company. There are a few moving companies with the similare name. We don't have you in or system that we moved you. Where was your move taken place? And when?
The movers were awful. They lost 2 important boxes and they moved a washer and drier that were not supposed to. Contacting the owner after that was useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR COST WAS ALSO HIGH. BEFORE THE MOVE AND TO SIGN THE CONTRACT THEY WERE "HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE" BUT THE MOVE ITSELF NOT GOOD.
Were sorry your move didn't go as expected. We did talk right after the move and they'll guys moved the washer and dryer back immediately. You were nkt at the load when this took place and the guys couldn't remember exactly what to move. … More
Both movers that showed up was injured, took almost an hour and a half before another guy showed up before things started moving. They did not get everything in stacked boxes on top of boxes listed as do not stack on. Was charged for 4hrs when they only worked for an hour and a half.

The guys were on time at both ends. They were polite, fast and located the delivery end furniture to my requested rooms. They setup the beds and mirrors where possible.
Used Monster Movers on 7/13/26 to move my daughter to a new apartment in FL (was about 15 minutes from her old apartment). The movers did an excellent job. They wrapped up anything that could get damaged in the move (furniture, tv, etc.). …

Just moved to the area called the local moving company they were fantastic on the phone were able to help me out within less than 24 hours extremely professional but small enough to be family-friendly the movers were just so polite so proper everything was just Aces with them definitely I'm calling them back. Way to go monsters!!!!!!!!
Jose and Marcus were incredibly kind, efficient, and hardworking throughout my move. Cole was also wonderful to work with, and this is my second time using their services. They made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company!
