In their own words
If I could give 0 stars I would! I would not EVER refer anyone to work with this company. Trevor is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want poor customer service and damaged furniture call TC Discount Motors. In my opinion Trevor you need to pick a struggle. You can’t be rude AND lack quality in service. Idk how he stay in business.
I'm so sorry you feel this way. There were no intentions on what happened this day, your closing date, which you choose to move on without even having keys to your new house. You left our team and truck in a hard situation.
I called this company to get an estimate. Since I have a project in my house and I need to take all my furniture out and storage it. A super rude man answered me at no time was he interested in giving me information. I do not understand how they are based on charging if they do not know the number of objects they have to pack and move. the worst thing is that the guy tells me literally. Sir I DON’T WANT TO DO THAT CALL OTHER COMPANY. what kind of company is this.
Unprofessional communication. Unfortunate because I was referred to them and I wasn’t even going to get another quote from someone else since I was advices to go with them. Very rude! GoodGreek was a much more professional experience and they don’t seem to mind answering questions.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear this was your experience. That’s never the impression we want to leave, especially when someone was referred to us. We value questions and clear communication, and it’s disappointing to know we missed the mark … More
Would not recommend. They called the night before the scheduled move date to tell me an increased rate. If you are by the hour, they pack the truck sparsely in the front to run out of space, and then you are, obviously, paying for the time …
These are guys are ok movers. Trevor seems to think that every single woman or a woman moving do to divorce is fair games for him. He has asked past woman customers if they want to do something kinky. I heard that back in 2014 he moved a …
This is a lie. Tc Discount Movers did not move this person. Per all other reviews we hold a great standing with the community. This is not even a customer. Seems more like a scam review.
Completely unprofessional, verified 3 separate times he was moving me and then sent me a text 16 hours before he was supposed to be here. Kept blaming weather (hurricane hitting 160 miles away) and that his guys wouldn't budge. We had a …
First of all no one can predict a hurricane! Hurricane Idalia, is moving towards the west coast of Florida, now intensifying. I'm sorry the Whole state of Florida is now under a state of Emergency. I agreed to do the move for her when it is safe. As soon as the hurricane passes.
Quoted me 900 dollars to move 10 mins away from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. Everyone else I called was in the 300-450 range when I told him this dude on the phone laughed and hung up lol
First of all, I don't recall, speaking to you and giving you a quote. Every company can charge there own price. Depending on all different things including an actual license and insurance. We also have all our own equipment and team.

In their own words
The 2 movers showed up early. Assesed the situation. Got to work immediately. They were diligent, efficient and very courteous. I had very heavy totes and some individual objects. They brought all my daughters boxes up the stairs! Amazing guys and service. Beyond Thank You!!!!
I called TC Discount with an emergently last minute move for a bedroom, 2 car garage house and they immediately made me a priority and gave me a flat rate great price. I was so behind on packing they stepped in and helped me pack the rest of my items. Trevor, Charlie, Greg, Red and V were so funny and friendly it felt like being moved by my uncles. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.
I just want to say a huge thank you for today.you guys showed up on time , protected our furniture like it was your own.i am grateful for your team and help. Thanks again you guys are appreciated. Well recommended. 👍🏽🫶🏽 …
Great experience overall! The staff was very friendly, professional, and handled my furniture with care. They made the moving process smooth and stress-free. Everything arrived safely, and I really appreciated their positive attitude. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
