Our recent experience was defined by unprofessionalism, verbal hostility, and a lack of accountability. I booked the 15ft truck for a day the price was supposed to be $101 i returned it earlier. a hour later they send me a email with a receipt saying the total amount charge on my card was $238 they put a damaged missing charged for $140 I never hit damage or stole anything from the truck if you want this location to steal your money then this place is what you want highway robbery

The rudest most useless "customer service" person I've run across in a long time. I had a Uhaul and trailer and needed him to drop the trailer so I could go unload the truck. He refused, either leave the truck and trailer or he can't help. I asked about storage and he had a unit for almost $250 per month. When I asked why so high , he said because we're near Disney World?? Who knew people came to Disney to visit his stupid a**....worst service ever.

This place is so expensive, it do not make no sense. First and foremost the online price is different than the actual store. Whatever it said online about the price when you get to the store they tell you something different. Second make sure you read what you signing before you do. They won't explain anything to you but ask you to sign paper. So be careful with that store, the vehicle they gave me was dirty and dusty.

Picked up a U-Haul here, counter guy had a major attitude problem. Truck's power outlets didn't work, alignment was so bad you had to turn the wheel to 11 o'clock to go straight down the road. Asked the guy if he had another truck, he said no. Called U‐Haul and magically there was a replacement truck...

I was told we could keep the trailer until the next morning. We did not and dropped it the same night I was charged an additional 51 dollars. I was also charged a 15 dollar cleaning fee. For what? It was in the same condition as when I got it that morning.😡 …
