I rented a U-Haul from this location and they tried to overcharge me! They added a $100 cleaning fee even though I returned the truck in the same condition I received it. They also charged me $52 for 4 gallons of gas, but I had …
Thank you for your feedback Gerald, We strive for transparency in all charges. The cleaning fee was due to items left in the truck and required deep cleaning. The fuel charge was based on the truck being returned with less gas than rented, per verified photos.
I believe the saleswoman that finalize my contract kept adding unnecessary charges that I didn't agree with for example the lock, the insurance, the add on fee... She additionally tried to charge me for the first months rent and $55 per month, rather than the free first months rent and the $49.99 per month rate that are indicated on their website. Additionally I informed said saleswoman and her associate that I was storing a solar generator with life po4 batteries...

Poor business practices when it matters. TLDR; Rate increases with no notice, no leeway for emergencies, higher rates than others in the area Down the Highway closer to Citrus there is another company with the same benefits at half the price. I recommend looking there! When we started with this storage unit we worked with a wonderful couple with dogs who made it a great experience. We noticed management changed, but didn't think anything of it.

This place has the worst customer service. Then the lady tried to price cheat me and charge me for two days when I’ve been renting here for three months no issues. She gets involved one time and loses my business for all of 2026 that I have booked for the rest of the year. No problem I moved all my reservations to Four Corners UHaul where you’ll get service u til 7pm and a professional courteous smile.

DO NOT GO HERE! They begged for a 5 star review, did not mention anything about “after hours fee” and charged me $50 extra for “gas” even though it was filled to exactly where it was when I got it. They’re siphoning money and good reviews from people
