Unfortunately, my second move with this company was extremely negative which was the opposite of my first moving experience. I was quoted about a hundred dollars more for essentially the same 2br move because I informed Benjamin that we added a sectional couch. I also mentioned that we had two extra night stand so if the upcharge was more then I accepted that. The initial estimate was around $500 but bumped up to $760 due to adding $250 for tv installation.

**2 stars – Very disappointing experience, especially given the 4.9 rating in google** I chose Move and Care for our household move from Massachusetts to Florida after seeing their 4.9-star rating with approximately 1,400 reviews. Their initial quote was **$7,555**, which was presented as a flat-rate move based on the inventory list I provided and included 20 boxes. I was aware that additional boxes would cost extra. I was also quoted approximately **$350 for two weeks of storage**.
I had a horrible experience with them for a local move. They asked me to do a video for the estimate. The actual price was nearly double the quote. That's fine if it is just the hourly rate, but on the day of, they said my office desk (which was in the video estimate) would be assessed an oversize fee. They also charged me for SEVENTEEN rolls of tape which is ridiculous since everything was packed in boxes.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!! I would never recommend this company to move a piece of tissue. We called to schedule a move and spoke to the "sales rep" describing the stairs, the furniture, the weight of the furniture and everything required for this move. NOTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SURPRISE ARRIVING FOR THIS JOB!! They were scheduled to arrive at 12pm but they arrived at 2pm.

This moving company must be renamed. I hired them for my move and the price came out to be 30% more than what they quoted, pottery barn bed frame and a high end mattress both only a year old damaged. The 2 young movers didn’t mention a thing to me or their employer regarding the damage which is dishonest and unethical. I reported the issue less than a day later and I, the customer, had to take the blame even though I purchased the upgraded protection insurance. Unreal.

I used this company and they arrived 30 mins past the latest expected arrival time. They didn't have enough furniture blankets and ended up damaging my standing desk and TV stand. I'm not sure how they have a 4.9 rating on Google Reviews, but my experience does not reflect their rating

We had an outstanding experience with Move & Care! Maks, Oscar, and Batraz were professional, hardworking, and friendly throughout the entire move. This was a complicated job with multiple stops, moving from Boston, MA, through Cambridge, MA, and ending in West Lebanon, NH. There were several flights of stairs involved, but the crew handled everything efficiently and with great care. They protected all of our furniture, worked quickly, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time.
Maks and Kosta did an excellent job with our move from Boston, MA to Cambridge, MA. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great care. The loading and unloading went smoothly, and they were professional and friendly throughout the entire job.
