never showed up for a job and got a run around for hours before I asked for my refund. The guy literally said “I hope my truck hasn’t been stolen again” as an excuse. If he would’ve been honest and told me the truth instead of yanking me around I would’ve thought better of this company. This guy pulled all of his friends together to make some bogus reviews because this guy never knew what he was doing. Update: asked for a refund 11-24-19 (date of being stood up), STILL haven’t received deposit back.
One star is way to good for this company but I had to choose a star to right this review. Everything about this company is horrible and they gouged my new wood floor to the tune of $1600. They also damaged some of my furniture.They have been dodging my calls for months. The owner told me that he can not claim it on his insurance unless I gave him a $100.00 1st but he claims his insurance will not pay for it. So This company is shady at best. Next step is small claims court and/or ABC news for help.
This is a very unprofessional company all around. Difficult to get in touch with, didn’t show up on time because of truck issues, rescheduled and then didn’t show up at all. Go with Free Range Movers, those guys were great!
Unless you enjoy lots of drama, go elsewhere. There are lots of these folks out there. Save yourself a ton of grief. The first thing was that they didn't show up on the scheduled day. That should give you a hint right there. Then there was the hassle over getting my deposit applied against the final bill. I felt like I was in some sort of Nigerian scam. Ultimately, I got my deposit back by disputing the charge with Visa.
Then explain why you booked a second job with us right after the first let's be honest here you just don't want to pay for the deposit on the second job these reviews your writing are misleading and honestly you seemed like a good guy I expected you to be a better person
Poor Service!!! I had the company scheduled to help with a household move and on the day they were supposed to show up, they failed to arrive. Several calls with the company resulted in being told another 1.5 hours and they would be available and this went on all day long. At the end of the day they still had not arrived and I had to rely on the kindness of my neighbors to help me load the moving truck at 6:00 PM when the neighbors came home from their work day.
This is completely true and I'm truly sorry for the position my company put you in we were having some serious staffing issues at the time that have since been resolved if there's anything we can do to rectify the situation please reach out to me and I will personally handle it
Worst move EVER!!!!!! Arrive late, didn't know how to wrap, pack a truck. Things arrived scratch and broken. Never took care of the claim turned in for the washer. Truck left oil in driveways. Move From HELL!!! Not even for free would I use again. Other reviews must be bogus!!!!

Honestly I kind of feel bad for these guys, they went two years without a single negative review and then apparently had a string of bad employees that just didn't show up for jobs when they said they would, making the owners and managers look like they were lying when instead they were just misinformed. One of the owners was even in the hospital during that time when a client wouldn't even take a deposit refund through a Walmart to Walmart transaction as was offered but instead decided to slander them online…

These guys just moved my mother to sante Fe new Mexico from the applewood living center to be closer to my sister and the move went flawlessly these are the best long distance movers I've ever seen no damage anywhere and no drama the guys seemed like the genuinely enjoy being movers and the customer service was great I got updates the whole trip

My two guys were awesome they work super hard and got me moved within my time budget. They went out of their way to help me out with some other things in the house and we're very friendly and pleasant to work with. 10/10 will be back next time I need to move.
These guys were great!!. I only needed a single item moved across town but I needed a truck and guys to do it. I called Move Forward and they were able to do it the same day that I called and for a more than reasonable price. …
