WORST COMPANY EVER!!! In my 20 years of military service I have never had a company that disrespected peoples belongings like this company. Management is a joke, customer service is a joke and the movers are incompetent at best. The company workers packed the truck, took it to their NJ branch and ransacked our belongings. They took all of our belongings off the original truck and loaded to another truck, after they assured us that they would not do that.
A Nightmare Moving Experience with "Move Happy" I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a sense of deep frustration. I recently had the misfortune of hiring "Move happoy" for my move, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. I chose them despite their high prices, expecting a level of service commensurate with the cost. However, the experience has been anything but satisfactory. Firstly, the delivery of my belongings is now two weeks overdue.
Started out great, ended up with most of our belongings damaged and/or destroyed and over a year of trying to have a claim resolved ending up in small claims court winning the initial hearing and an appeal where the judge found significant …
BE AWARE OF SCAMS- this place is dangerous to work with. Read all the other 1-star reviews on Yelp and be alarmed as my experience has been similar. Risk your valuable belongings with somewhere safer and ethical. Completely dysfunctional operations, manipulative, unethical customer services to justify it and take advantage of you. Andre was our driver from California to Missouri. He showed up on time, was responsive and respectful! We moved a very large household and he worked “until the job was done.” If you can ask for anyone, ask for Andre!

The pick was flawless, very polite & more the helpful, I have a few more boxes to unpack but only found one item damaged all my crystal made it unscathed. The drop off did not go as well got here after sundown, they had already made two drop offs in Vegas & were pressed for time, just off loaded the boxes as quickly as possible from the truck. I have spent the last 5 days unloading everything more boxes to go.
The whole moving process was smooth and stress-free. The team arrived on time, handled everything carefully, and made sure all my belongings were safely packed and delivered.

My wife got transferred with her company and they had us tasked with managing the move and they would pay for it. We didn’t have too much in our place in Sausalito as it came mostly furnished when we moved in but we arranged with the landlord to purchase and have some things shipped. They needed a lot of care as they were delicate and we were moving into our new condo in Columbus Ohio. All went well and as scheduled. We plan to use Move Happy again as we move spring a lot and need a reliable moving company
