I have to take the time and share my thoughts about this place. In the beginning of renting out my storage unit, I was happy with the overall cleanliness. However, in less than a year I have received four or more rent increases by ten dollars each. I was initially paying 228 monthly. Then two months later it went up ten dollars and I had to pay 238. Two months after that the price increased again and I had to pay 248. I JUST received another increase and now I am forced to pay 258!

Mean lady in charge here. I came in without realizing that I needed an extra $250 for a deposit in order to take the truck out, which was the whole reason I picked this place in the first place. Moving is stressful enough, so having someone talk down to you in such a condescending and bossy manner left me cold and disappointed.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE CALL CENTER TELLS YOU. I WAS SET UP FOR A LOOK-SEE IN HAYWARD LOCATION AND ALSO SAN LEANDRO LOCATION AND THEY QUOTED ME $48 PER MONTH FOR A 4' X 10' AT THE HAYWARD LOCATION AND THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS THE PER MONTH PRICE. I WAS ALSO TOLD ABOUT A 5' X 5' IN SAN LEANDRO FOR $53 PER MONTH AND A SMALL FEE. REALITY ONCE I GOT TO THE LOCATIONS: $103 PER MONTH WITH FEE AND 50% OFF FIRST 2 MONTHS AT SAN LEANDRO. $98 PER MONTH WITH FEE AND 50% OFF FIRST MONTH.

They have securely kept our personal affects for years, it's our go to place, not just for coffee but for the love of seeing staff smiling and waving as we go in and out of the gates. Oh! almost forget to mention our favorite Reese's cups! sitting on the counter to just help yourself! (lol) So many special deals to choose from to make your renting decision easier! We're proud to have Erma the site Manager, and her great team keeping the place clean and secure!
