They are thieves!!!! Stole over $700 worth of my things!!! Also left in a hurry shortly after stealing from me! & didnt complete move, but charged me $1600 for them moving sooooooo slow it's ridiculous! My housekeeper and her 2 children packed and unpacked 7x quicker than these 4 men. 1 man had on dress shoes during the move! 2 men very overweight and asking for elevator. Smh! For a job that took my other moving company 6 hrs to complete, took these guys 11hrs! & the truck broke down!
Eddy Perez, from Move Masters is a joke! He is unprofessional, rude and an A**! He committed to a job to pack and move my stuff from point A to point B on 12/11/2023. Thru text messages we confirmed price, date and time. I also talked to him a couple of times and sent pictures of my stuff. On 12/9, 2 days before the move, I sent him a text just to confirm everything. He called me and said there must be a miscommunication on his part cuz he knew nothing!!!!
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! PLEASE READ IN IT'S ENTIRETY!!!! We moved 3 miles away and it took 5 men 10 hours!!! We went from a 3 bedroom home to a 4 bedroom home. We were prepared and packed everything with the exception of the large items. We actually ended up moving small things ourselves since we were so close; Move Masters moved approximately 30 boxes, and the large furniture, one of which was a sleep number bed. If you have a sleep number bed, DO NOT use Move Masters. They DO NOT know how to move these beds!
The worst service I have ever experienced, I instructed the movers that all of the boxes labled "plaques" should be moved to the garage (and they did) however it was my mistake to label one of the boxes (coins) it disappeared, l was told by …
That little troll who drives the truck was caught dumping trash and TVs off in front of my house many times. What does that tell you about that business.

I highly recommend Move Masters! They did an incredible job moving my stuff out of my home and into a storage unit. I plan to use them again when I move into my new home. There is not enough words to describe the high quality service move masters provides. I have been using eddy and move masters for 15+ years. He has moved my entire house while I was in the hospital having surgery I didn’t have to lift a finger and my storage was impeccably packed. The care and customer service that he puts into his work makes me feel like I’m the most important customer and for that I’m grateful and will always recommend move masters
