Have used this company 3 times before with NO issues. This time we paid for 4 movers - they sent 3 men and a young lady who was on her phone multiple times and couldnt lift what was needed so it took an hour or more longer then all the other moves for same things. We had our new ceiling fan broken, and they offered $50.00 and wouldnt refund part of the money for paying for a mover who was caught by multiple people being on her phone. This company has lost our business.

I booked Movers USA for furniture re-arrangement within my house. I was booked for an arrival time between 1 and 3pm. A little after 3pm, I received a phone call saying they would now be there between 5 and 6pm. No phone calls after, and I thought I was scammed/they weren’t coming! The movers, although super nice, did not show up until after 8pm!!!! I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the company prior to the arrival that day, and I left a voicemail to be called back due to my extreme disappointment.

Update: The moving company I went with, All My Sons, got the job done in just under 2 hours. I guess Movers USA Inc. does not, in fact, know it all. Tried to get a quote over the phone. The man who answered kept cutting me off and talking over me through the conversation. He told me early on it would take 6-8 hours to move my things - which amounts to two mattresses, two desks, two chairs, and a dresser along with some boxes - to a destination fifteen minutes down the road, and laughed at me when I suggested it…

Did not like this company at all… they moved my things today which was a dining set, a bedroom set and a living room set. They came with 3 guys and 2 of the guys was weak. They couldn’t do anything without the one guy. Very slow taking my things out to the truck. Instead of separating to get the job done quicker they stuck together which was very dumb. They quoted me $650 to move those things. The time was from 2 to 4 which they did not get to my place on time. They charge extra after you go over that time.

The movers showed up on time, ready to work. However i feel the price, over $1000 for 3 guys at 5 hrs of work is entirely too much. The movers became lazy when we arrived at our 3 story townhome. The movers complained about possible damage to the walls, and how the company is not liable for this. Because of this, several items were left on the lower level for myself and my partner to carry. I feel this was a act of laziness.

Damaged multiple pieces of my furniture and told me they would call back to schedule a repair service but never did. I hired them to pack and move my apartment and when the team arrived they had no idea that they were supposed to pack the apartment, they thought they were only moving. All the work was done late in the evening. The next morning I noticed multiple broken pieces of furniture.
We take customer feedback seriously at Movers USA, but we are unable to verify this review as a customer in our system. We have no record matching the move details described, and no claim or repair request was ever filed with our office.
So sad that this review is very negative as to Sharon’s responsibility to reimburse me for lost articles, plus damaged and broken household articles. I am missing my fathers Bible (given to him by the Masons …

Movers USA is great! They kept us updated on their arrival. Carefully packed all of our furniture, and got us moved safely to our out of state home. They were courteous and very respectful and took a big burden off of our shoulders. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers.
