The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

In their own words
I set up a move several weeks ahead. Called to verify appointment and they called me the day before to confirm. The day of the move they never showed and I got no response or help from customer service. They said they would contact the crew and I never heard back and they didn’t show up. Terrible service. Beware!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

The expertise (from Moving Company Toledo Ohio) were the perfect combination of hardworking and hilarious. They got our move done in record time and had us laughing every step of the way. We would recommend this dynamic duo anytime, and we will definitely utilize them for any future moving needs.
Excellent moving company, was super easy to work with and extremely professional. My one star ding is for the high price and because I got hit with retired freights after the carriers determined I had more stuff than was in the estimate but other than that, largely recommend.
