Awful service. They're scam artist and show up late, dress unprofessional, and break and damages personal belongings. Would not recommend them to anyone. Beware
On July 27th I received a call from Selina Fink requesting 2 movers to load her moving truck rented by Uhaul. She stated she only had her "boyfriend's" credit card for payment. I explained to her that we do not accept payment for credit card unless the card owner is present.
This company was unproffessional, lacked communication skills, and i am so glad i did not have to be out of my place the day they were scheduled to come as they did not show up at the time scheduled due to a "traffic accident". The problem with this traffic accident is that scheduled them at 1230, i did not here from them until atound four...then they had the audacity to assume that i still wanted their services. Do not use this company.
All i can say about this is YES my guys were in an accident, and the traffic reports can prove that considering it shut down 2 lanes of traffic just to get them off the highway. And while my guys were carted off to the hospital, they were all ok by the way, I even put together another team of guys…
All I can say is, Don't Ever Use This Moving Company! Do yourself a favor and pass this one up unless your looking for trouble and that is ALL this company is. You can Not trust this company and it's owner with moving your personal possessions, especially things of value--When I did, the owner, Kate stole $125 from me. Moving's hard enough as it is. So don't make things harder on yourself by hiring this Sham of a company. Definitely chose another.
Sorry to hear about your rough time you had with your move, however you never hired my company at any time. You must be mistaking us for someone else? I have no records of you ever being one of our customers . Keep our number though in case you need help in the future.
DON'T EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE RATED THIS MUCH. I WOULD RATE THEM TO THE LOWEST LOWEST LOWEST!!! THEY ARE A SCUMBAGS!!!! THIS IS MY STORY...I'M MOVING 50MILES & BECAUSE OF THEY RATING & THE COMMENTS IN YELP, I CALLED & HIRE THEIR SERVICE. I SUPPOSE TO MOVE ON SUNDAY. ON SATURDAY MORNING, I CALLED TO CONFIRM. THE APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9AM. AT 9:30 NO CALL/NO SHOW. SO I CALLED AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE A JOB LAST NIGHT UNTIL 2AM BUT THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL BE HERE AT 11:00AM.
Yes we called and confirmed we would be late. However, after the customer (which by the way was not Kyle, I have no idea who this Kyle guy is I was dealing with a lady, that I won't name out of respect of privacy) verbally attacked by boss on the phone, he didn't get to reply what so ever because…

Moving Movers Riverside, Very professional, came out very quick to help me pack all my boxes, with just a few hours notice. Amazingly enough everything got to my new home safely. Owner Kate gave me an excellent price. I would most definitely use this company again.

I called around to at least 10 moving companies. Kathleen was the only one who went the extra mile to help , and in my sticky situation . PERIODTH!
