A brief summary of the following review: RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER COMPANY AS YOU CAN! If you are considering booking a move with this company, STOP IMMEDIATELY! I recently used this company for a move from Seattle, WA to Fairfax, VA, and they used every manipulative, coercive tactic in the book to extract extra money from me, many of these in violation of federal regulations for interstate moves. The only thing they didn’t try is holding my stuff hostage, and, wow, what a low bar to clear.
I DO NOT recommend this company. Our move from Seattle began without problems but the delivery was just a nightmare. The driver came alone. We had to carry our furniture and boxes ourselves! Bedframe pieces lost, at least two boxes were missing, broken chair leg and the worst part, everything was Wet!!! Pictures below. They do not answer your phone calls. (We could not get hold of Eli or Mehyar) We tried to contact them, send emails, waited patiently for months but nothing got resolved.
We hired this company to move some furniture from a pod on our property into our home. At first Egor was very friendly and responsive, he reached out quickly to give us a quote and scheduled a date and time he would be out. We waited 2 hours and reached out with no response. They couldn’t even show common courtesy to call and let us know they weren’t going to show up. Do not hire this company.
Arrived 2 hours late but was hard working once he and his workers got to my house. Arrived to my house with a Uhaul. Gave a great tip, but then found they caused extensive damage to my 1700s dresser - which they then covered up. Contacted …
My wife and I hired this moving company to transport our daughters belongings from Everett Washington to Phoenix Arizona. That move started on May 30th when they picked up her belongings in Everett with a 2-week estimate for delivery in Phoenix. Two weeks later we called and found that the moving truck was still in the storage area in Everett. We asked for a new delivery date and time and they gave us June 19th for arrival here in Phoenix. The June 19th date was also not kept by the company.

Had a last minute move of a heavy item. They were able to squeeze me in quickly and at a great rate. They were super polite and professional. I highly recommend.
Very professional and friendly, arrived on time and completed my move from storage unit to apartment efficiently and professionally.
I’ve now used these guys for three different moves, and they have been great every single time. Moving is never fun, but they make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, hardworking, and had a great attitude throughout the entire day. It was Egor and his two buddies, and all three worked efficiently, treated my belongings with care, and were willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done right.
Egor and his crew have helped me and my family several times: 1) moved heavy furniture around a multi floor house; 2) picked up a sofa in Bellevue and delivered to Stanwood; 3) emptied a storage unit and delivered to a house. I recommend this business.
