The movers who came to help us were great — polite, hardworking, and efficient. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner. We were moved in about 2 hours, yet we were charged for 3.5 hours. When I reached out to the owner to ask about the discrepancy, he initially replied with another invoice. After I followed up with additional questions, he stopped responding entirely. I sent another email and even called, but still received no reply. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this company.
They over charged a senior citizen and refused to give a itemized receipt and then would not return calls, emails or tests .. terrible people taking advantage of the low income elderly. I do not recommend them.
I would never use this company again, and I would warn anyone I knew to find someplace else to take their business. Through direct incompetence, they caused thousands of dollars in damaged goods, over-billed for services not received, …
Bad attitude and do not know how to properly move your belongings. They don’t even have their own truck, they rented a uhaul. Use at your own risk.

We were given a recommendation from our realtor for this moving company and I could not be more grateful. We have been assisting my husband's grandfather move and there are so many things to take care of - it has been overwhelming. From the start, Michael was quick to respond. He met us in person to give us a rough evaluation of the space and a quote. He worked within our time frame and was a great communicator throughout the process. The moving team was exceptional.
The two young men were courteous, friendly, good problem solvers, careful of my belongings, etc. Could not be happier with the service and professionalism. This was the second time I've used this service. Both times I was very pleased with the results.
I saw other negative reviews for this company and was hesitant, yet these guys gave us the best quote. We decided to work with them and hope for the best. It was a super positive experience. All our stuff was moved in 24 hours from one end of the state to the other. They work fast and hard. A few minor damages occurred but they always pointed them out and even help to repair one piece that broke. My husband and I have done A LOT of moves over the years.
I would like to commend My Favorite Movers. They were courteous and professional at every point in the move. They set aside the date, showed up on time, secured my possessions, unloaded professionally at the other end. I would highly recommend hiring My Favorite Movers for my next move. And you should too.
