The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Steady, polite, and quick on their feet from the first box to the last, a genuine pleasure start to finish.
Accepting a new job offer meant uprooting my entire life and moving thousands of miles away to the coast. The movers loaded my household goods with extreme care and used thick padding to ensure nothing shifted during the long distance move. The dispatcher checked in with me regularly to provide transit updates which gave me great comfort during the drive. Receiving all my possessions in absolute perfect shape was a wonderful feeling. They are an incredibly trustworthy and fantastic company.
We needed to shift our veterinary practice to a larger building and had a lot of sensitive medical equipment. Neighbours Moving & Storage handled our stainless steel exam tables and heavy x ray machines with absolute precision during the commercial move. The crew executed the heavy equipment move flawlessly so we did not have to cancel any animal appointments. The guys were incredibly fast and very respectful of our space. They are a brilliantly professional team.
The guys were laughing and joking with each other while carrying my heavy sofa, and that positive vibe made the whole day surprisingly enjoyable.
