The movers were nice enough, but we had so many things damaged. I color coded things by the room they’d go in and made a color coded floor plan for the movers to use per the website’s instruction and only one guy paid attention to the labels. Many boxes were put in the wrong place or left in the garage leaving us to move them on our own. Our garage was so packed with things that we still can’t get around to some of the stuff that was crammed in there.
This place shouldn't earn any stars. The guys that moved me were extremely sweet. I thought that we were doing something better since two men and a truck was busy. I WAS WRONG!! The girl that works there named Olivia is TERRIBLE. She has the WORST attitude and poor customer service. I provided them with my card multiple times, and she called and left very ugly messages on my phone. I could literally go on and on about this company and the FIRST AND LAST move I had with them, but I won't bash them too much.

We used MOVE Tuscaloosa to help us move heavy furniture into a 4th floor apartment. Our crew (Dean and Mike) were prompt, courteous, professional and very efficient. They didn't waste any time at all and did a great job! The price was extremely reasonable and it was money well spent. I would definitely recommend this business and have already told several friends about them. I am sure I will use them again when the need arises.

I am from Texas and googled a moving company for my daughter who was moving in Tuscaloosa from one apartment to a new one and could not move in right away. Never having used them or new anyone that had, I took a chance. They even provided the boxes and moving supplies prior to her packing. They came and pick up her stuff, stored it and then assisted her with her move-in to her new apartment. Everyone from the office to the young men moving her out and then moving in.....were very professional!
The guys were very efficient, careful with our items and so very professional. I asked what they needed once I had showed them the items to move and they said, "Not a thing, just relax and we'll handle it". They did exactly that and it …
