WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT HIRE If I could leave negative stars, I would. This company was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They arrived three hours late with no notice, no apology, and no urgency. Once they finally showed up, it became obvious they were dragging everything out—no surprise since they’re paid by the hour. The move took far longer than it should have, and not because of care or caution—because of laziness and poor organization.
Horrible experience. I hired this moving company expecting a smooth and professional process, but it turned into a costly and frustrating experience. Several of my belongings were substantially damaged, including and parts of the house were also damaged during the move — I was even left with greas handprints on my lamp shades and chairs. To make matters worse, the crew intentionally dragged out the process, working at a noticeably slow pace just to inflate the final bill.
