In their own words
Worst moving experience ever! (Out of my 8 moves in the US so far). I purchased a full service cross country move for 20K including packing and unpacking. They packed my kitchen utensils together with dog toys and my clothes with shoes in the same boxes, everything labeled incorrectly so impossible to find items per the room names on the boxes. They didn’t unpack my boxes at all although I purchased and asked for it to be done onsite. They assembled the bed incorrectly (side panels were upside down).
From the very start of this move our office as a whole did the best we could to meet the Tugba’s special requests and needs which makes this review disheartening. As Tugba’s move coordinator we spoke often and she was happy with everything … More
New guy assembled furniture wrong, not understanding that the washer is supposed to go on the bolt before the nut. Guys handled my white mattress with greasy hands, leaving black oily hand marks all over it.

In their own words
I have used NMS Moving Systems for 3 moves, and have been very satisfied with the quality of their service and professionalism each time. I was always able to schedule my moves quickly and easily. Their packing services are quick and protect your belongings well. Nothing gets broken or goes missing during the move. They protect the floors and walls while they move. Minor mishaps are corrected efficiently. The crew is polite, knowledgeable, and patient, which helps relieve stress on moving day.
Everything went great, they showed up on time. They were very careful with all of our possessions, and did everything very quickly.
NNMS moving in Ventura County is the best moving company I've ever dealt with in my 70 years. Joleen and Britney communicated very well, they were timely and concise with all aspects of the scheduling and paperwork part of our move. Jack estimated the weight and cost of our move with tremendous accuracy - no end of move cost surprises. He delivered boxes for us and came to provide revised quotes twice based on changes at our end - he never complained or showed anything but friendly attitude.
Andy and the entire crew did an amazing job moving our family from the San Fernando valley to Ventura County. They showed up on time, were friendly, and knew exactly how to move everything - from antique furniture to bicycles. Incredibly professional and talented and made what is normally a stressful time actually enjoyable with their upbeat and can do attitude. I've used 4 different movers in the past and NMS is easily the best. They moved us faster than was estimated and everything arrived safely.
