Tried to get questions answered but when called a man answered, was quick, short and rude. No time for my business I'll take it elsewhere.
Hi Fancy ,sorry you had a bad experience we get extremely busy towards the end of the month. Especially with customers wanting to book a move a few days in advance . Here is a helpful guide on properly planning your move. Thanks!
I was told a price for our move. These price was for two movers and truck. The day of the move they came with 3 movers. Two of which was training per the lead mover on the team. It took them more time to unpack even with one additional person. So I had to pay for the additional time it took them to unpack / train the new people. These extra expenses was not in the budget.
Hi Wesley. We require all boxes to be packed before arrival. When we have to pack your contents prior to moving. It will take longer. We send a moving checklist to help customers prepare for there move .
Called about renting a unit for some furniture. Pete's response don't have any small units and referred me elsewhere didn't ask any questions didn't seem interested in having my business. My 1st and last experience. THANKS PETE

Booking so far out it's pointless to call them, and the only moving company in the area that won't give you a personal quote over the phone.

The crew was professional, friendly and very quick. . . they barely stopped all day to take a break. They moved several VERY heavy items very efficiently with no damage to either house or the items. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
I had an incredible experience with Pete, the owner of North Side Moving. I called 3 companies to get an idea of pricing to move my dad from IN to NC. His price ended up being the best (not always important to me) but his (and his team's) professional demeanor and responsiveness was unlike any other in comparison to other companies I've used in the past. They took extreme pride with my dad's belongings and showed up right on time for the delivery. I would recommend his company to anyone!
I have used movers 5 times in the past 3 years. This company was really amazing to work with far above any other experience I have had. I received a quote almost immediately from their office. They arrived early, were very friendly, extremely professional. They worked quick and efficiently. They took great care with all of our goods wrapping any pieces that could open while moving. The cost remained exactly what they had quoted me.
