TLDR: Misleading pricing Excessive travel and surcharge fees Incomplete delivery of items Poor customer service Delayed recovery of missing belongings I selected All My Sons Moving based on the advertised hourly rate of $189, which was more competitive than other companies I researched. After my consultation call, I received an email stating that the minimum charge for the move would be $434.70.

I would have to give this moving company less than zero stars. Let me go into how well my experience went with them. My total bill was well over $1600 number one. It was a local move. We really didn’t have that much furniture to move. We could’ve moved it ourselves in four or five hours. I only really hired them because I knew we had a very heavy fridge and I didn’t wanna deal with it myself. The movers were very slow and inefficient.

I encountered significant issues with All My Sons from the moment scheduled my move. Although I booked within the two-hour window required for a discounted rate, the company later attempted to charge the full amount and only corrected it after I referenced their written confirmation. Communication was inconsistent as well-I was told I would receive a call on Monday to confirm details, but no one contacted me until Tuesday, despite my attempts to reach them.

Review of All My Sons Moving & Storage I spoke with All My Sons Moving & Storage several times before my scheduled move and made sure to explain everything I had in my home. Two days before my move, I was told that three movers would be sent and that they would arrive sometime between 12 PM and 3 PM. On moving day, the movers did not arrive until around 3 PM, and only two people showed up. They walked through my house and told me not to worry because someone else would be sent.

This was one of the.worse experiences I've ever had. I was lied to on pricing and overcharged alot, MANY of my items were broken the one mover in charge destroyed my boxes all because he couldnt find his vape instead of watching boxes CLEARLY marked with big red labels FRAGILE. the job was never finished and they left my old house trashed.management did absolutely nothing to compensate me for broken items and destroyed boxes and overcharged rates and i did JUST AS MUCH MOVING AND WORK ( IF NOT MORE) then their…

1. Missed the appointment date. 2. Only 2 of 3 guys showed the next day. 3. The 2 guys moved as slow as possible! 4. Lied about truck being full for 2nd trip. 5. Service discounts not commiserate with issues! 6. Poor business practices to nullify service discounts. 7. Overcharged $816.10 for studio apt. 8. Arrived without tools to complete the job and tried to use products I didn’t ask for to drive up the price of the move! *May God avenge those who have been abused by this organization over the years!

Terrible experience. 2 pieces of our furniture got ruined and got a huge dent in our main living room wall in our brand new house. All My Sons is also not being responsive about any of the issues or offering to provide resolution. Also got charged over $1k to move one small apartment- only a couch, two beds, two dressers, a bedside table, a rug, and ONE box. There were 3 movers. They could've probably gotten it all done pretty quickly (we were quoted 3 hours max) but somehow they racked up 6+ hours?

Highly unsatisfied!! I had to pay $1100 to move two beds, computer desk, and a sectional 30 min fron my old house. It also took 4 hours to complete a 2 hour job, its ridiculous!! On top of trying to charge $156 for gas. They will charge for everything. Mattress covers dont even come with the service. Also charged me for travel time to come to my house and after the move is complete so that the workers can go back to the facility. Never will use this company again or recommend to anyone.
