MANAGER/ OLD LADY UPFRONT VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT HAVE BEEN RENTING FOR OVER A YR AND JUST CANCELLED MY STORAGE WITH THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE POC VERY SAD TO SAY THE LEAST
Hello Gibran, how unfortunate. You are not a customer of ours and perhaps you rent nearby and accidentally selected our site for this review. We have no women that work at this site, only men. The manager is a POC so we know this didn't happen at our site.
Rental rates are not great, getting access after normal business hours is a hassle. The place is always dusty and they have occasional water leaks.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I've leased from North Star for almost 5 years and I've always received good customer care. Albert's goal is to provide a atmosphere of respect and goodwill towards his customers by establishing open communication and flexibility during challenging situations.
Thanks so much Carmen!! We really appreciate you!!
Best storage I have ever had. The units are safe and clean. There are free carts to easily move your stuff. Reasonable prices and so friendly. I was at my lowest and they helped me find the correct size I needed and made it a breeze to change units as I downsized. The last two years would have been way harder if I was at any other storage place. I highly recommend having your stuff here. You will be in great hands.
Thank you Allyssa !! We so appreciate your kind words and 5 stars!! We're here for you when you need us! Stay awesome!!

He took the time to answer our questions, made the entire process was easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and reliable storage experience. Prices are very fair!
Thank you so much Chloee!! What a wonderful review and stars! We appreciate you as a customer and look forward to seeing you again. Thanks for making our day, week and month! You're awesome!!
