My experience here was great any time that I didn't have to deal with Paula. Condescending and rude. Short little woman with black hair talked down to me and called me a liar after I've done business there for months! Very poor customer service

Bad location for storage. Overcharged me twice and took forever, like 2 weeks to get refunded. 5 waisted hours trying to get ahold of someone when they gave me the wrong locker.

Upon checking in, I was not confused about the process and had been instructed on how it goes if after business hours. But I was oriented as if it was the 1st day of the rest of my life, cool. However when a comment was made "what is this" but as if being at a storage facility was not obvious. Don’t rent from them. They do not explain you don’t need renters insurance and made me sign up with some lady over the phone because they were switching over owner. They put it on my bill. The lady who helped me over the phone told me she would see about it getting removed and offer a 50% discount to vacate the property so I could get my belongings. I only had a few belongings in there and didn’t really need the storage.

This worse place to do business with. I was deceived by their review which is not representative of their service as they ask new tenants to leave them a five star rating promising a discount off first month rent. They charged us an additional month rent when we left even though we give them an advance notice. If you decided to rent unit from them just be cautious, don’t give them your payment information or you will get charged extra when you decide to leave. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible to work with. I signed up with them last Friday and let them know that I needed to get my items in before end of day Sunday due to a house showing. There was a storm Friday that put out their entry system and understandable this is out of their control. The only way to get in was if an employee is there then because they’d need to open the garage access. The employee left 2 hours early on Saturday and they had no plan for Sunday. Contingency plans are a must for business.

It was a terrible experience. It took 45 minutes to rent a unit and I had to guide her through the availability of units via website. When signing for the leases the tablets didn’t connect and became extremely frustrating for all. I would highly recommend retraining the clerk who helped me. Such a kind heart but needs coaching. Invest in your people and technology!
