Terrible service. Movers did not listen and owner Joe was rude and unhelpful. Tried to file a complaint after the move (1 day later as my family was scrambling to organize the mess the movers left) and was met with an unapologetic and distasteful conversation with the owner. Do not recommend.

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. I waited over 8 months and made every effort to resolve this privately before posting. I hired this company based on their Google reviews to move a grand piano within the Fairmont Hotel complex in Vancouver. This should have been a straightforward move between two buildings next to each other with large freight elevators, along a route the same piano had previously taken without issue.

Joe and his crew moved my things to a new apartment in North Van Sept 14. They arrived on time, immediately set to work, wrapping and taping and they delivered everything in perfect condition within 4 hours for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Right from the very first contact, Joe was awesome! He replied to emails very quickly, answered all my questions, and was very professional, personal, and respectful when I was helping my kids in Vancouver with a move in Vancouver, from my home in Victoria. We had a couple options, but all agreed to go with booking them for the move. Even last minute, Joe was very accommodating with a last minute request we had for the move.
We've used Joe and North Van Movers twice now and both times they've been awesome. Especially this second move as we had to move things to my mother's small apartment plus other things from her house to a storage locker and we had them take things to the dump (we paid the dump fee). Overall, 4.5 hours of solid work from the team of Alex, Liam (I think) and another guy I forgot your name sorry!! Anyway, safe to say we will call them again in a few months for our next move! LOL Thank you!

Joe is such a professional businessman! We moved from North Vancouver to Edmonton, and while there were hiccups, Joe handled it perfectly although he was 1200kms away. Also, being a NV local (now former), I recognized him from the community. If you want to ensure you and your belongings are taken care of during a very stressful situation, call Joe.
