In their own words
MOVER NO SHOWED! I scheduled the move a couple of weeks ago and everything was confirmed via text and with Jose. I called them the afternoon before the move to confirm the move, as I had not received a confirmation call. I spoke with Jose and he confirmed the move for the next morning. Today he did not show up. I have called and texted several times. He is not responding to texts and is forwarding the calls to voicemail. So unprofessional. Called other places and of course everyone is booked now.
Terrible experience. It started off bad and just kept getting worse. The movers were confident they could move us out quickly. We purchased four pods but needed two more. They informed us they could finish packing the pods, but would need to come back for the last two the next day bc U-Haul was closed already. They decided, after they had dinner and were an hour away, to come back and finish.

In their own words
First of all, I don't think only FIVE stars does this company justice. They are above and beyond FIVE stars. The owner, Jose, was extremely helpful, was quick to respond to any calls or text, and went above and beyond in every aspect of our moving needs. Gabriel, was also beyond a FIVE star rating. They both were very professional, careful, and efficient. Yet, they also were so friendly, personable, and just a pure joy to work with.
Northwest Movers is a fantastic moving company. I called and got prompt service from Jose, and they were able to move everything I needed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
I used Northwest Movers for a recent move across state to Seattle. Jose was phenomenal from when I first booked with him, to confirmation, through unloading my things. He was very communicative and responsive through the entire process. He and Carlos were fast and conscientious with loading/unloading my belongings- nothing broken or damaged. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend him and his company. 5 stars!
This company was incredibly professional and I would recommend them to anyone, super informative and very helpful with all my needs! No hidden fees and very laxed pricing which is definitely a plus! Jose was very responsive and got back to me within the hour to schedule the days I needed. The team was also super positive!! Overall definitely a 5 star experience.
