Absolutely horrible! First they get high b4 work (owner admitted) then they carried my grandfather clock and smashed into the door frame, not once but twice. Tried to scam me by charging $450 for an hr and 15 minutes of moving, denting, and scratching everything. Then I had to ask for a receipt, which he replied I will drop off later. I should have got one and offered Insurance when done. Was never done! I was also told it cost that much cause he had to bring 3 men. No he didn't and not my problem.

Novo Moving was incredibly professional, efficient, and careful with all our belongings. Jim and his team made the move stress-free, handling everything with great care and speed. Excellent communication and fair pricing, highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable moving company!
Jim and his crew were really great. They were punctual and professional. They were very careful with moving some really heavy and awkward office furniture. I truly appreciated having such a hassle free move. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others!
Great! Jim got back to me with a quote within a few hours. He and his crew of 5 were here a few minutes ahead of schedule and had their own truck, padding, straps and 2 wheelers. They were all friendly, polite, and extremely careful. Really knew what they were doing! As we are unpacking and settling into our new house, we find that absolutely everything arrived in good shape. No added costs; it was exactly what Jim had quoted us. They seemed thrilled with the tip we added!
Novo Moving provides excellent service. Jim Novo came to my residence to set my mind at ease regarding my relocation. He took measurements of my large items and then measured the entrance of my new residence. Jim and his staff moved my furniture with care. They also were efficient. If you have questions or concerns, you will receive a personal response from Jim. If you are moving, I highly recommend Novo Moving.
