I would give 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment with these movers over a week ago based on availability THEY said they had….only to have to follow up 30 minutes into the appointment time and be told that they are looking for someone to come out to us. 1 hour later, they said no one would be able to help today. Completely derailed our move and had to be told that we expect a full refund - as if any normal business wouldn’t lead with that themselves.
This company was 3 hours late and brought the wrong size truck so they had to do a second hour and a half round trip trip just to grab the last like 4 things they couldn’t fit in the truck (and were unfortunately too big to fit in my car). …
Cannot recommend them. While the first half of the load went fine, the quality of service plummeted toward the end. Crew became rushed, disorganized, and showed lack of care for my belongings: Improper Loading: The packing was haphazard. Fragile items and heavy furniture was placed dangerously. A large dining table was placed last, positioned right against the truck shutter. This created a major tipping hazard, and it made it impossible to reach other items in the truck without climbing over the table.
Scheduled and confirmed movers for today at 10am. I called at 10:10 to discover the manager "needed to find two guys to come out to us". At 11 got a call back saying today is not an option. What's the point of scheduling if you can't keep it?
The owner is attempting to scam me out of my monies despite the fact that we're from the same part of the world. U-Haul referred this company to me. I was told by the rep that the cost is 95 an hour for 2 men. Uhaul charged my card 195. 2 …
Was to come to my house and give me a estimate on moving, never showed up, not even a phone call!!!very unreliable !!!
If 0 stars was an option. We had reservations they didn't show. Screwed up our entire move. Didn't care and basically said to bad.
2 items came up missing during my move, total value $373.87. I cannot recommend this company, their movers stole from me.

I absolutely love how quick they moved all my things and showed up early! I highly recommend. They were very nice and respectful! If I can give them 100 stars I would. Best company ever
It was last minute and my movers canceled on me me two days prior, i found perfect help from a friend who used them to move a few weeks earlier, The owner Henry was very professional and kept in contact with me which put me at ease since moving is stressful enough but he kept us informed and him and his guys were the best movers I’ve ever seen!!!!
I can’t say enough great things about Perfect Help Moving Company. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and worked incredibly hard. They treated every single item with care as if it were their own, and they went far above and beyond anything I expected. What could have been one of the most stressful days turned into one of the easiest because of their positive attitude, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help.
Would give 10 stars if possible. Extremely helpful and efficient. Stayed later to help us when we went over time and helped move an extremely heavy washer from our basement just to help. Can’t recommend them enough.
