In their own words
I had used these guys twice before and had no issues but this move was HORRIBLE to say the least. Previous moves they were fast, got my things packed and unpacked with no issues and unbroken. This time they were extremely slow, furniture was left in the old apartment and things were broken. My previous move out to Buffalo i paid one flat rate for travel, and the "moving time was halted during the actual travel time, this time we had to pay the travel fee and the price per hour while they were driving to the new…
Worst movers ever. Scheduled a time with me and never showed up after giving an inflated quote relative to their normal pricing. Called them several times after they were late and they never picked up and eventually never showed up. Never use this service unless you want your stuff to be stranded on the street for a night.
When I made the booking to have some pieces of furniture moved out of Storage that was close to my house I was told it was $180 per hour, no mention of any other charges . The men who were supposed to meet us at the Storage unit were almost an hour late , took them 1 1/2 hours to do the job, when it came time to pay they said it was $189 per hour and there was a 3 hour minimum, something I wasn’t told when doing the booking.
Sorry, but unfortunately you mistakenly wrote this review for the wrong company. Reliable Moving has a 2-hour minimum and requires the 2-hour minimum as a deposit to hold move date. Deposit required at least one week before move starts. … More
Terrible company they damage 3 pieces of valuable furniture. Very careless clumsy movers. I highly recommend you go to a different company!!!!!!!!!

In their own words
They arrived on time and ready to go. They were incredibly efficient and respectful. Everything was packed beautifully and everything arrived to the destination fully intact. Would definitely use this company again.
Jethro and his crew were fantastic. They showed up on time, chatted with me to make a plan. All furniture was wrapped in blankets and then stretch wrapped. Delivery to the new place was perfect. They placed furniture where I wanted it, …
We had a pretty good experience. The only issue was communication based but other than that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend these guys and I will be using them again.
These guys are amazing and get the job done for a reasonable price... on time and ready to go... i definitely recommend 👌 …
