The rating breakdown
1 of the 32 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for OC Mini Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 32 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
This is my first time ever writing a complaint about how a business did me wrong but due to such an egregious act I need to warn others so you don’t become a victim too. I was quoted $2350 over the phone by Tim, the owner who said he has been doing this for 20 years and could move our 4000 square foot house in one day with one 26 foot truck and one trip to the new house 20 miles away. I ended up paying $5500, well more than double what was quoted.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
