They were late and they had two men but only one was actually working while the other guy wasn’t doing much. It took an hour longer than necessary bcuz of him. My vape pen went missing conveniently. They kept the hardware from our beds so we had to sleep on the floor for a week. I will never use them again and I don’t recommend them.

The Royal moving team was great. Our move was easy to schedule. Sonny was a pleasure to deal with. On moving day, we got an automatic alert confirming the team was on their way. The guys who worked our move worked hard barely even stopping to eat lunch. They functioned well as a team getting our beds assembled and then placing our furniture.
