Used Ondemand storage for summer storage needs and paid close to a thousand dollars for the service. When the summer was over, they said that they had been contacting me regarding delivery dates over the whole summer - but obviously, they hadn't and their email protocols were messed up since a lot of people said that they weren't contacted as well. Once this was sorted out, they delivered my boxes but items were missing.
Horrible. Will never use their service again. The owner and his secretary threatened not to deliver my boxes if I don’t pay an extra $100. Plus when they did leave my boxes they “dumped” it outside my house , no calls, no information given .
dishonest, unfriendly, fake reviews 1. If you want to experience the agony of waiting for their terrible customer services for weeks and end up going to pick up the stuffs on your own, choose them. 2.supplies are not free as advertised. they will add up so disregard their seemingly cheap rate 3. doesn't prepare enough boxes at pick ups and won't be there on time 4. try luring you to pay for the little things such as delivery to rooms and shortening the long 6-hour regular delivery window. 50$? u serious?
Worst ever. They did not inform me about they repacked my boxes and charge me 2 time about the shipping. As because I did not sent the right apartment adress (but my building is A college dorm, so they will get if boxes have a name on …
Worst service ever, they charged me 120 $ more I don't know why and they lost one of my boxes. Never respond to my emails nor my phone calls and when they do is for giving me bad information!!
one of the worst experinces i ever had with a comapny. Never returned any of my things when I scheduled for pick up and when i called didnt even answer
Terrible service, NEVER respond to emails and took forever to get my package back, which was OPEN when I got it back. NEVER using this service again.
This is for the branch in florida. I wasted 5 hours on waiting them and get charged 150 because it was considered as a missing appointment. …

Had a fantastic experience with On Demand Storage for my son’s move to Boston. They received some advance furniture and miscellaneous item deliveries, stored everything securely, and then moved it all into the apartment seamlessly. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They made moving to another city easy and stress-free.

This is the second time we've used On Demand Storage and the experience has been AMAZING!!! This is by far the best and easiest way to store your child's college dorm room, from year to year. Pick up and delivery were just great and hassle free. We had a unique situation come up and they handled it with compassion and kindness. They accommodated our needs and went above and beyond to make the delivery to my child's dorm seamless. No better company around. I highly, highly recommend On Demand Storage!!
