“I hauled a load for OnTrack Transportation Inc. right before Thanksgiving and still have not received payment. After multiple attempts to get an update, I have not been given a confirmed pay date. Because of the delay and lack of communication, I am considering filing a formal complaint with the FMCSA so the issue is on record. I’m sharing my experience so other drivers can be aware and verify payment terms before booking with this company.” Please driver don’t book load with this company
Have to wait 1-2 hours (some time soon).Not once or twice but every time dispatcher call me and told me we got a good news we got this load. And never send any information for the pickup or delivery. At the end of the day Dispatcher calls and say load got canceled. And always say broker cancel the load. They cancel 3 load in one day. Had a good experience with this poor expedite company. Please don’t add this company.
You do not deserve even one star. Your delivery service is TERRIBLE. You leave my packages where anyone can Steele it. It is always damaged one way or the other. I lost $60.00 on a damaged purchase. You say you are coming on a certain day …
This company use to pay on time but now days they don’t pay at all. I hauled for them and been waiting for months still have not received the payment and can’t get ahold of them.
Package never came. They don't know how to follow simple Instructions at the Community entrance.Texting with customer service is a sick joke. Would give a zero if I could.
It’s very unfortunate this is my first time buying from here and my parcel was opened but item were not touched. That’s a bad impression I must say. Anyway thanks
