ISSUE NOT RESOLVED! The worst experience ever! Shields Candido is a liar and scammer. He likes to take advantage of single women (so he thought) trying to negotiate a move. They damage your furniture and offer no compensation or an apology. I would not trust this company. They are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and this is a broker company. They broker out your moving services to other companies that are unlicensed and have no moving knowledge.

I used this company 2 times, the first time a different crew came and they did a great job, I recently used this company and I can not even begin to define the disappointment, let's start with my headboard on my bed being broken, my kitchen table broken, my washer not working correctly after the move. Everyone always says support black business, I say black business owners should first support themselves by providing a business that is worth supporting.
ma'am, if there was any issue you had with us. you could have contacted us so we could resolve those issues for you, before taking to the internet. In your first move there was no mention of color. Your second move you didn't have a favorable one, now you mention black and white issues.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister hired this moving company to help with moving the items we packed for our parents into a shipping container. The first day they came they showed up on the wrong day and one of the guys was smoking, …
we agreed to have the table replaced,then you all changed your mind and decided you wanted payment.
Moved my in laws stuff and broke a dining table. Caught em red handed. If I didn’t I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have said a word
the issue was addressed with the client, bwe going then a table as agreed upon, thne they did not want the table, they wanted more money, as oppose to what was agreed upon.

Shields Movers were very prompt with communication and providing me with an estimate for my long distance move. We were able to schedule a move with Shields, and they arrived on time for the move. After getting the truck packed, they hit the road for an 8-hour drive, and promptly began unloading the truck. All of my glass, mirrors, and televisions were wrapped and moved without damage. I was very satisfied with their services.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE! I needed fast service and I found Shields Movers online. I was a little apprehensive, as I haven’t used an online moving service before. Shields Movers offered same day service and two young men did the job. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. Shields did a great job on our move. We had a large number of oversized (heavy) pieces, and the team did a great job moving and unloading the pieces. Shields also has several other functions that will come in useful, between pressure washing and cleaning services. I will be using them again on the next round.

These guys are awesome. I needed them for something last minute and they got the job quickly. They were very careful with everything they moved. They even double checked to see if everything was exacfly where I wanted it. And they don't charge a lot either. They really went above and beyond.
