Absolutely the most rude movers. Parked in residential area of Santa Monica on a one way street in the middle, blocking traffic during rush hour. Upon asking them to move, I was told to f off. Called and talked to a secretary and was treated like garbage. I'll be making a report to BBB. Do not support a business that has no regard towards neighbors
Do not use if you are disabled, pregnant, or need extra assistance. Read your contract very, very carefully and fully, despite the guys staring at you while you are supposed to sign as they are on a tight pick up schedule. We were charged a late fee when using the REBOW service for plastic moving bins. While this is a GREAT service, and drivers were very nice we had a misunderstanding at pick-up. I was in the shower at pick up- so I did not answer my phone.
If I could give them a zero I would. Buyer be ware. They are unethical, unprofessional and very expensive. They waste your time with no respect for your needs. There are plenty of other options out there that are far more professional.

Best move group ever, from start to finish. The initial coordination and planning was easy and efficient with the front office, Alyssa. And the two movers who packed our stuff and then delivered it in 2 days were great. They were very professional, efficient, and communicated with us when they were en route. We couldn't be more pleased with this move and the coordination that took place.
Ortiz Brothers have taken care of my moves and storage for over 20 years now. They just moved furniture from my home to their climate controlled storage. Their crew arrived on time and efficiently packed and blanket wrapped everything. I highly recommend their services.
Isaac was very helpful and patient in determining our needs and giving us an estimate with a not to exceed amount, which we did not need to worry about. All of the team members that helped pack up our items and move them into a new home were professional, friendly, and efficient. They confirmed and asked many questions to assure we were happy with the placement of our items. Everything ran so smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with everyone at Ortiz Bros. Thank you!

They care about the home you're moving from and the home you're moving to, and take the time to ensure they leave no marks on the floors or the walls.
