Chris is great to deal with! Up front and honest and quick to respond to calls and txt messages and delivering and picking up storage units! He kept is in his yard for a few weeks in between our house moves. Units were clean and sealed up …

We had a truly wonderful experience with Chris, the owner of Pack Rat Moving. From start to finish, he went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see very often anymore. What stood out most was his genuine personal care. At one point, we realized we had lost the key to our lock—something that could have easily turned into a stressful, time-consuming problem. Instead, Chris stepped in without hesitation and made a special trip himself to cut the lock so we could access our belongings and move in without delay.
