Worked out from 30 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Unfortunately the owner doesn't understand business. She is a nice person just can't explain her own business or contract terms. Then when you ask her to explain the terms. She became mad at the customer and threatened to kick me out. Did I mention I have been paying for this storage unit for over 11 years. Before today I would have said this was a great storage unit.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
- Professional and courteous2 · 13%

Exactly what we needed! Was forced to call for a last minute accommodation, and the owners were extremely kind and helpful. Units, gate code, everything were very nice and worked as needed. Would recommend to anyone who needs a great place to store something.
Hi Payton, we were happy to have you as a renter and it was a pleasure. Please recommend us to your family and friends. Thank you for the review, God bless you. Kim
