Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 7 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 5 | 71.4% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 14.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 14.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Extremely disrespectful customer service. They overcharge for the work, including sending excessive staff. Even worse, they charged almost double the price of the fixed-price quote they had sent, which had a signed purchase order attached! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The best team in Quebec for moving heavy industrial machinery etc., they are very good, fast service and within budget.
As Production Manager of a plant in the Granby/Bromont area, I used Patenaude & Frères' services for the transport and installation of new equipment, and I can tell you they are an excellent company. …
