In their own words
We hired Perfection Moving for an out of state move. The move involved 2 different trips. The first load was to a storage facility. First problem - Perfection told us they lost the keys to the truck and would be late. Second problem - they told us the truck had been seized and was in an impound lot. After we made phone calls to Penske, (who told us the truck had been reported stolen), we were able to get it released so we could retrieve our property. We were never able to fully ascertain what actually happened.
Look for another moving company. These guys scheduled a move for me and never showed up! Texted the day before to confirm a time NO response! The day of the scheduled move, I called them six times and left several texts. NOTHING! DO NOT book with this company. We drove from out of state for this move and spent many hours just get let down. Total lack of respect for the customer. Horrible business practice.
I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. Their communication was absolutely terrible, and they had a blatant disregard for our belongings. There “insurance” doesn’t cover any furniture and they broke a China hutch and cabinet right in front of me with no accountability or remorse. They had 3 trucks break down during our move and charged us for the time they stood around waiting for other trucks.
Unfortunately, I used Perfection Moving and Storage last summer to move furniture and a few boxes from one home to another. Service was exceptionally poor, particularly in the professionalism and abilities of the staff. If the movers had had it their way, there would still be two pieces of furniture in the old house because they were incapable of figuring out how to get them down from the second floor. I'm not a professional mover - this is why I hired help.

Best moving company I have ever used. I have moved over 18 times in my life and have always experienced broken items, boxes labeled misc. with no clear idea what room it belonged to, missing boxes, chipped walls after the move, and nicked furniture. None of these things occured with Perfection Moving and Storage. I used this company for an out of state move from Colorado to New Mexico. I also had to have my items stored for almost 2 months. The movers were professional, efficient, careful, kind, and timely.

Fidel and Sammy did an amazing job helping me move to my new apartment! They moved very quickly but also took the time to prepare/protect my furniture during transport. Both were friendly and profession, and nothing was broken or damaged during the move. Finally, they noticed an error on the bill and corrected it, even though it was in their favor and I probably wouldn't have noticed it. I'm very happy with the service, and would definitely hire Perfection Moving and Storage again!
