The rating breakdown
3 of the 23 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Piano Studios and Showcase are one or two star.
Worked out from 23 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Tom Lowell and his staff at Piano Studios and Showcase provide an indispensable service to the Rogue Valley through their excellent sales and service history, through their wide selection of sheet music, and through their continued interest in offering affordable piano lessons to students of all ages in the Medford area.
I called with a question about having my piano tuned, and the owner responded quickly with the information I needed. Very helpful!
Thanks!
We have 15 years experience with Tom Lowell and his Piano Studios and Showcase. Tom is an extraordinary piano tuner and technician and the only person we will allow to touch our prized Ibach grand that is frequently played by world renowned Chamber Musicians and Solo Pianists, who always rave about the wonderful condition of our Ibach. Also, Piano Studios and Showcase frequently provides Steinway Grands for major concert events throughout the Southern Oregon area.
Highly recommend buying your piano from Tom! We just received our beautiful Kawai GL10 baby grand. Tom gave us an excellent price, which included complimentary delivery and set-up in northern California. The process was easy and smooth, and Tom stayed in contact throughout. A stellar experience and an unbeatable price.
Thank you!
