In their own words
I have moved my piano twice over the last three months. Both times, Mr. Jacobs and his crew were prompt, efficient, and careful with my piano. They even offered to fix minor issues with the aesthetics of the piano for no extra charge. They go above and beyond, and I highly recommend.
Kim was knowledgeable, friendly, and had great communication! He helped us discover how old the family piano was and gave us tips for keeping it in shape. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs help moving a piano.
Kim and his team were a Godsend helping me prep and move my piano. Great service at a great price. Would highly recommend!
Mr Jacobs and his crew arrived on time, in good spirits, and ready to work. They moved my upright Grand piano (700ish lbs) faster than I thought possible and never gave me any reason to worry. He was patient and informative when I inquired about piano repair and upkeep, even offered advice I had never thought about. After moving this piano with a few friends several years ago, I was more than happy with the price for their service. Mr.
