I received the worst service from this company. Nobody knows anything and they overcharged my account but please believe they will be hearing from my lawyer.

PODS delivered within 30 minutes of calling me. The process of ordering and delivery was quick, easy, and everyone was quite helpful. Delivery driver Jim was friendly and gave me some helpful tips on packing, pod moving, and access to my pod at the storage facility.

I contracted for a 16x8x8 Pod to be delivered to the house in order to store items while parts of the house are remodeled. The initial contact went very well. Subsequent attempts to talk to a real live person were unsuccessful; all communication was through email, or AI on the phone. There was also a contract that is 13 pages long that must be signed electronically. I contracted for the Pod to be placed on the grass.
