From start to finish the PODS experience has been terrific. I appreciate the communication regarding all steps along the process. I always knew what the next step would be. Timing was perfect from the pickup to the delivery. Amber, our delivery driver did an excellent job of accessing our tight driveway and parked the POD in an easily accessible location for our removal team. If the need arises, we will definitely use PODS. 5 Stars

Amber was the absolute best during a stressful and difficult time for a single woman new to town. She was friendly, kind, thoughtful, and anticipated my needs. She went above and beyond in many small ways, like simple listening and a friendly greeting; but when she saw the spot I would be in, she immediately changed the plan and take the extra 5 minutes to situate my pod in a way I'd better be able to access it. I timed it. It was exactly 5 mins and 22 seconds to drive around and adjust.

PODs made the moving experience very easy and hassle free. All drivers delivering and picking up the PODs at both ends of the move were professional and experienced. All of them were accommodating to our needs for placement of the PODs. Customer service representatives were also very helpful when ordering the PODs. I highly recommend using PODs for your moving and storage needs.
