I’ve used this moving service 2x. Experience in 2015 was fine, did job well, efficient and a fair price. Therefore, we opted to use again in 2023 move. 2nd move was terrible. They seemed fine over the phone in advance of move but during and after move it was like I was a complete bother. Charged me 2x the quoted price even after having someone walk through my home in advance of moving day to see how much stuff we had to move.
Horrifing experience! Years ago we used them to move from Robbinsville to Whiting. I dismantled the furniture, set some of the furniture outside (whatever I could) and helped their crew carry items into the truck. Got done earlier than what was estimated. At this point all they needed to do is follow me (also gave them directions). Long story short, they deliberately got lost and hid from us claiming they were on there way. I thought they stop to get a quick bite. Hours passed!
I would recommend not moving with this company. The management/owner couldn't even bother himself to call me regarding my grill that was broken by one of the movers. I received a letter stating that the grill was in ill-fated condition prior to the move which is untrue. The grill was in perfect working order prior to the move, it was dropped twice by the mover who was trying to carry it by himself and i was not fairly compensated for the loss.
In 2016 and 2021, I used their services and both times, they sent me the same very RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL foreman. He looks like fresh out of prison. The first thing he said to me upon seeing my house was "Oh, this is not a three-men job". He meant nothing but to ask for more tips. Ultimately, the three of them spent only 2 hours to finish the moving. Guess what he told me: we need to charge you 4-hour minimum, and you should pay me $100 of tips. I've never seen such a RUDE and TERRIFYING mover in my life!!

Great communication, made the whole process stress-free. The office had been informing me before I left, and the work crew was telling me each step as they did it. They were very professional, and I had no doubt.
I was particularly anxious about an upright piano that I inherited, which is where my latest move is coming from. These movers were equipped with extra padding, straps and a piano dolly to ensure it was handled properly. I was really very pleased to receive it in all the same condition. Bravo to them!
This was our first action with our toddler and newborn. The movers were very fast and quiet, and even created the crib before we left! Their consideration went a long way!
While moving, our children were running around the house, and the movers were very patient throughout. They were polite and friendly, ensuring the children remained safe as heavy furniture was moved. They were quite a placid bunch and kept everyone cool. This was the very best crew we could have possibly hoped for.
