Let me start off by saying if they do not deserve 1 star. This is the worth moving company I have ever hired to service our moves. We used Pro-Move Logistics to go out and do a visual estimate for our customer. They have no idea how to pack or wrap furniture caused a lot of damage to our customers items. BE CAREFUL!!! The do not compared for the move like they should and then will over charge for their mistakes. Daniel and Ryan have no idea what they are doing.

The man who served us yesterday, the 27th, at 3:10 PM, was not a professional at all. The first thing we asked was his citizenship, where he was from, which is irrelevant if someone speaks both languages. After that, he told us, "Get out of here, this is my place. Come back tomorrow if you want, but get out, I don't want you here." We had come all the way from Denver to deliver for his company, and we had spoken to him three hours earlier to see if he could receive us on the 27th so we could travel to Denver.

Please be careful. With as many moving companies as there are out there, don't need to deal with one that will not offer a binding contract, as per every review site on the internet. This is not a place for people who want to stay on budget and avoid surprise charges. Owner got defensive when asked for a binding contract, which leads me to believe that this company preys on the uninformed. Do yourself a favor, do research and avoid. Atlas Moving company should take note and not deal with this subcontractor.

After seeing an print ad for various moving services, I called about unloading 2 moving containers. The call when to voicemail. I left a message and never received a return call. Why a business spends time and money on advertising just to ignore service requests is beyond me.

The team was courteous and efficient. My only complaint is that they did not out down carpet protectupn as they said they would. Great price and very communicative.
Edgar, Alejandro and Rai did a great job. They were very careful with our furniture and in placing it in our new home. Edgar also wrapped all my paintings individually and they arrived in perfect condition and this was an interstate move. Daniel was easy to work with in setting up our move and I highly recommend this company. They were a bit more expensive than a few other movers I received estimates from, but “you get what you pay for” and I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
ProMove Logistics provided excellent support for our installation, including warehousing, storage, and white-glove delivery. Their team was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated their reliable service and would be happy to work with them again!

From start to finish, the service from Pro-Move Logistics was exceptional. Daniel, the operations manager, was professional & helpful throughout the entire process. Carlos, the mover, was extremely careful with all items including several fine art pieces & furniture that he packed with great care. The cross-country door-to-door move was executed flawlessly, everything arrived in perfect condition. The pricing was transparent & fair. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and reliability.
