The rating breakdown
2 of the 40 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Pro Piano Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Riverside
About the same as the middle of the 16 listings in Riverside we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
The agent on the phone is absolutely rude. They seem like they don’t need business. The guy picked up the phone didn’t say they are from propiano mover, I had to ask to confirm and he already sounded annoyed. He proceeded to ask me several questions which I didn’t know and needed to double checked with my husband, he hung up on me. What a good service!!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
No damage to walls or the piano itself. Very contentious in their work, polite and great email communication to set-up. Gave us the name of tuner too Highly Recommend.
they were so friendly and efficient. I called and they were able to move my piano the next day, plus the best price I could find in the GTA I'd highly recommend.
I absolutely demand that they get a thick bonus check for Christmas or a raise for their excellent work. If I find out they didn’t receive proper compensation for their incredible performance that I’m confident they take to every job. I will be changing my review to a 1 star. Great job guys, thank you for an amazing experience
They even managed to get the piano safely up a dirt road to my house without any issues. I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend pro piano movers for anyone needing piano moving or delivery services!
